Self-employed arbitrator, mediator, and fact-finder since 1980.
- 1980 - 1986 in Phoenix, AZ
While living in Arizona, I worked on a contract basis as an Administrative Law Judge for the Arizona State Agricultural Employment Relations Board and as Hearing Officer for the Phoenix Employment Relations Board and the Maricopa County Merit System Commission.
- 1986 - Present in Golden, CO
Parties served include a wide variety of governmental entities, companies, unions, and individuals in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Montana, Illinois, Kentucky, Idaho, South Dakota, Texas, Nebraska, and Washington.
Hearing Officer for local governments, as Special Master for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and as a mediator for Denver District Court.

Private practice of law with the firm of McKendree & Lubin in both Denver, Colorado (1975-76), and Phoenix, Arizona (1977-80).
