"Ms. Stracy provides training, consulting and mentoring for the City of Denver's Peer Mediation program... she has provided leadership in designing and conducting the quarterly meetings, mentoring, co-mediation and coaching for the peer mediations. In addition, Ms. Stracy provides mediation servics for the high-level cases referred to the program. Ms. Stracy's extensive background and experience in mediation and training was demonstrated in her ability to establish rapport and impart knowledge to the trainees. She is well-received by the peer mediators, expanding their theory, knowledge and skills of the mediation process to insure a high quality and much needed program for the City of Denver employees. I would highly recommend Ms. Stracy as a qualified practitioner in the field..."

"Ms. Stracy has an extensive and very comprehensive background in the mediation arena...Her education, background, and experience in the ADR arena coupled with her formal education in the area of arbitration would also make her an asset to the arbitration panel. Ms. Stracy was a student of mine at the University of Denver... [she] demonstrated an excellent grasp for the arbitration process while integrating her other ADR experience and education."
